We encourage all new clients to set up their ChckVet account—it’s the fastest way to get your forms submitted, your records transferred, and your pet’s profile ready to go. Use the same email address and phone number that you used when you registered your pet.

Prescription & Pharmacy Policy
We want to make sure your pet always receives safe, effective medications — and that means being thoughtful about how prescriptions are fulfilled.
We do not approve prescription requests directly from outside online pharmacies via online portal, phone or fax. If you’d like to use an outside pharmacy of your choosing, we will provide you with a written prescription to take or mail wherever you prefer.
For the most convenient option, we encourage clients to use our online pharmacy. Products are sourced directly from manufacturers, arrive in original packaging, and are backed by manufacturer guarantees. Our online store is available on our website and through the ChckVet portal.
Why This Policy?
Not all online pharmacies purchase medications directly from manufacturers, and we have no way to verify storage conditions, FDA compliance, or product authenticity for outside pharmacies. We’ve seen real consequences including mislabeled products, incorrect dispensing, and medications arriving in secondary or foreign-market packaging — all of which put your pet at risk.
